E-TRANSFERS FOR BOOKINGS IN CANADA

We do accept e-Transfers as a payment method for bookings within Canada.

Interac e-Transfer 

Guests wishing to pay by Interac e-Transfer must submit a booking inquiry and indicate "I would like to pay via Interac e-Transfer" in the comments section.

Payment can be sent to [email protected].

Please include your booking number or guest name and arrival date with the transfer.

Reservations are confirmed only after full payment has been received and approved.

Unlike bookings paid by credit card or through other payment methods on the platform, our cancellation policy for e-Transfer bookings is as follows:

• 100% Payment at time of booking
• 100% refund if the reservation is cancelled more than 3 days before check-in.
• 85% refund if the reservation is cancelled within 3 days of check-in.
